Beware of intruders
Within the last hour there has been a break in to a property on our Urbanisation and the method of access was blatant brute force to tear down the security grill and kick down the solid front door in
AGM email : Vehicle gate installation
Earlier today our Community Administrator (AGM) sent an email to all homeowners about the vehicle gate which will be installed next week. It appears not everybody has received this email so here is the message again :
“Dear owners:
We inform you that next Tuesday, 21 and Wednesday 22 of June, access to the community will be closed along the path shared with the Chinese restaurant (Playa Flamenca V) in order to install the new vehicle gate.
During those days, you will be able to access the community through the ravine.
Once the doors are installed, you will be able to purchase a keyfob from our office or from the president, Jocelyn Whitehouse. Each fob will cost €40.”
