You should have received an email from our Administrator about building works due to begin soon, here is a reminder :

We would like to inform you that on October 27th, works will commence on the pool wall of Playa Flamenca Community Block V, located next to the access path shared with Playa Flamenca Community Block X.

These works are part of a comprehensive project, which includes the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of the wall, with an estimated duration of approximately two to three weeks.

During this period, there may be minor disturbances or temporary restrictions to access along the shared path. When such restrictions occur, owners will be required to use the alternative access routes provided for exiting the community.
